Description
The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health is hiring an Activity Therapy Specialist 2 to plan, organize, and facilitate recreational, art, or music therapy and adjunctive therapy for an assigned unit. The role conducts individual and group therapy sessions, evaluates patients, develops treatment plans, and documents care according to Joint Commission and CMS standards. It is an hourly position at the Northwest Behavioral Healthcare Campus in Toledo, Ohio, with normal hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and requires substantial experience or relevant education and activity-therapy experience.
