Blue Shield of California is hiring an Actuarial Intern to support analytics for membership, cost of healthcare, revenue, network configuration, provider contracts, and value-based care. The intern will develop tools and exhibits, learn coding languages, understand healthcare reimbursement, and contribute to finance and actuarial projects. The role requires a quantitative bachelor's degree, at least one actuarial exam taken before May 2027, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
