Acute Care Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at Array Behavioral Care

Array Behavioral Care is hiring 100% virtual Acute Care Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists to provide measurement-based, culturally humble episodic care to patients in acute crisis across emergency departments, hospital medical floors, and crisis stabilization units. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, directing psychotherapeutic treatments, prescribing medication, and collaborating with onsite healthcare teams. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible, hold unrestricted independent licensure, have established CAQH and FCVS profiles, and experience providing psychiatric care across age groups, acute-crisis treatment, and multiple EMRs. The position is fully remote, requires a private home office, and pays $150–$195 per hour, with benefits beginning at 30 hours per week.
