Mayo Clinic Arizona is hiring an Inpatient Transplant Nephrology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care to post-kidney and post-pancreas transplant patients, including early post-operative and remote post-transplant management, consultative care for other solid organ transplant teams, advanced assessments, treatment planning, prescribing, patient education, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The role also involves performance improvement, research, quality activities, leadership, and community engagement.
