Bosch is recruiting an ADAS Engineer (XC-CP) for its Cross-Domain Computing Solutions Division to lead international ADAS-ECU projects with OEM customers from concept through mass production. The role combines global project management, customer requirements and technical consulting, solution integration, and cross-functional collaboration, with a two-year Junior Managers Program covering ADAS ECU architecture, customer integration, platform development in Germany, and customer project management in Japan. Candidates need a master’s degree or higher, embedded software knowledge in C or C++, hardware and software engineering background, overseas experience, English and Japanese proficiency, leadership experience, and less than five years of work experience at application. The position is based in Yokohama, Kanagawa, with remote work available.
