Description
The Data Analysis Associate will support customer-facing operations through data analysis and reporting, including regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, data collection and cleaning, performance and SLA monitoring, and efficiency improvements. The role also supports projects, calculations, presentations, and the development of Power Apps, Power Automate, and other automation solutions. Candidates should have a secondary or higher education in economics, information technology, engineering, or a relevant field, with 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; Microsoft Office, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, and English are also preferred.
