The ADC Engineer supports the reliability and security of AWS cloud infrastructure by investigating operational issues, contributing to service builds, supporting customer cases, and developing expertise in large-scale globally distributed systems. The role involves prioritization, outage prevention, customer experience improvement, and participation across the software development lifecycle. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, A+ or CND, Network+, or Security+, and the ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance for relevant government agencies. The position is based in Bellevue or Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $91,000 to $152,000 annually.
