Goodwill Greater New York and Northern New Jersey is hiring an ADC Store Associate in Hillsborough, New Jersey. The role focuses on customer and donor service, donation receiving and receipt issuance, rough sorting of textiles, housewares, shoes, and other goods, maintaining donation-area cleanliness and safety procedures, tracking productivity, replenishing equipment, and preparing sorted goods in cages or bins for transport to designated stores. A high school diploma or equivalent, previous stock experience, and preferably one year of retail or customer service experience are required or preferred, along with communication, teamwork, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
