Description
Eaton Wimborne is seeking a Lead Additive Manufacturing Engineer for its aerospace facilities in Wimborne, Dorset. The role serves as the technical expert for LPBF and EBPBF additive manufacturing, covering build-file setup, post-processing, inspection, troubleshooting, process optimization, 3D modeling, new-product introduction, customer MRL reviews, machine implementation, safety, calibration, and manufacturing strategy. The position requires an HND in Mechanical or Materials, five years of industrial manufacturing experience, and four years of metal additive manufacturing experience, along with CAD, aerospace manufacturing, Poka-Yoke, GD&T, and Six Sigma or related problem-solving skills.
