The role analyzes derogatory and mitigating information, prepares adjudicative summaries and recommendations, manages follow-up and appeals, and coordinates with government officials. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in personnel security, five years of suitability and security background investigation adjudication experience, accredited Basic and Advanced Suitability Adjudication Course completion, Microsoft and e-QIP proficiency, and strong written communication and report-writing skills.
