Description
The Adjunct Instructor will design, deliver, and evaluate courses in an academic, technical, or occupational teaching field, using classroom, laboratory, clinical, distance-learning, and other instructional methods. The role includes advising students, maintaining records, participating in curriculum and departmental activities, and supporting budget and professional-development responsibilities. Credentials vary by field: academic fields require a master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours; technical fields require an associate degree, a major in the assigned area, and three years of successful full-time practitioner experience; occupational fields require an associate degree or equivalent and three years of successful full-time practitioner experience. The position is contingent on instructional needs and may be filled within four months of the stated deadline.
