Description
The Adjunct Clinical Instructor, Nursing is a contract position supervising first- or second-year nursing students in clinical settings such as medical-surgical, pediatrics, gerontology, critical/acute care, or long-term care. The role includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating student learning; ensuring compliance with facility, NC Board of Nursing, college, and department policies; and maintaining professional certifications and clinical competency. Applicants must hold an unrestricted North Carolina RN license, a baccalaureate nursing degree, at least two years of recent patient-care experience, and current CPR certification. The posting is open for 12 months and pays $41.15 for BSN-prepared faculty, $42.80 for MSN-prepared faculty, or $45.19 for PhD-in-Nursing or DNP faculty.
