Description
The Adjunct Clinical Instructor, Surgical Technology will supervise and evaluate surgical technology students in clinical settings throughout western North Carolina, develop course materials, participate in program assessment and improvement, maintain professional certification, and pursue professional development. The role is an adjunct contract with a variable schedule of 6 to 21 hours per week, 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and pays $42.15 per contact hour. Applicants must hold CST certification, an associate degree, at least two years of relevant experience, current CPR certification, and AST membership; teaching experience and a bachelor’s degree or higher are preferred.
