Description
The adjunct faculty member will teach assigned courses, prepare syllabi and instructional materials, deliver content aligned with student learning outcomes, participate in assessment, maintain records, and support students and colleagues. The position is temporary and contracted as needed, with compensation of $2,000 per class based on 3ILH. Applicants must demonstrate teaching skills and subject knowledge, preferably at the community college level, and must have a Master of Arts in Studio Art or a related field, or a master's degree with 18 graduate credit hours in two-dimensional studio art. Ceramics teaching experience is required, while a Master of Fine Arts is preferred.
