Colorado Mountain College is hiring adjunct faculty to teach assigned courses, prepare lesson plans and syllabi, assess student learning, maintain course records, support advising and student recruitment, participate in scholarly, service, assessment, and professional development activities, and foster inclusive student success. The role requires discipline-appropriate academic credentials, teaching experience, strong pedagogy, computer and office skills, organization, communication, research, data analysis, and the ability to work independently. The position reports to the Assistant Dean of Instruction or designee, may supervise student employees, may require travel and evening or weekend hours, and requires work authorization in the United States without visa sponsorship.
