St. Louis Community College is hiring an onsite Biotechnology Instructor to teach in-person biotechnology courses during Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 at the Center for Plant and Life Sciences or the Meramec Campus. The role includes delivering lectures and laboratory instruction, evaluating students, maintaining records, using Canvas and PowerPoint, and supervising laboratory activities. Applicants must hold a master’s degree in a relevant field and complete at least 18 graduate credit hours in biotechnology or a closely related discipline; college-level teaching experience and experience in classroom, laboratory, or online instructional environments are preferred.
