Temple University’s College of Engineering is seeking a part-time Adjunct Instructor to teach ENGT 4196 Capstone to senior Engineering Technology and Mechanical Engineering Technology students. The role provides hands-on design guidance, technical support, instruction, and mentorship in machining, CAD, technical design, and related engineering technologies within the machine workshop, supporting approximately 15–20 students per semester. A bachelor’s degree or at least 20 years of relevant workshop experience is required, along with manual milling and lathe experience, CAD and SolidWorks proficiency, GD&T knowledge, programming experience, and technical design experience. The position averages approximately 12 hours per week and may begin in Spring 2027.
