Description
Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) is seeking part-time adjunct faculty in Professional Writing and Rhetoric to teach Writing About Science and Technology, with possible future courses in college writing, medical and biomedical writing, technical and professional communications, rhetoric and visual design, and integrated English skills for international students. The role requires a PhD in Professional/Technical Communication, Writing and Rhetoric, or a related field, along with teaching excellence, versatility, and experience working with international students and non-native English speakers. Applications are placed into a pool for as-needed adjunct assignments, with compensation of $6,000 per course.
