Description
Ivy Tech Community College is hiring adjunct faculty to teach Information Technology courses, including Cyber Security and Information Assurance, at its Evansville, Indiana campus. The positions are temporary, part-time, and hired on an as-needed basis each semester, with in-person instruction, syllabus-based teaching, attendance and grading recordkeeping, and student support. Compensation is $45.00 per contact hour, approximately $2,160 per 8-week course, with possible evening hours. Qualifications include an appropriate master’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, plus professional certification, employment, teaching, research, or additional coursework documentation; preferred qualifications include higher-education faculty experience, CompTIA A+ or higher certification, and K-12 teaching endorsement.
