Description
The Adjunct Management Instructor will teach daytime and online classes covering business management, human resources, business math, employee compensation and benefits, and training and development. The role uses in-person blended daytime classes and asynchronous online 8-week courses through Blackboard Ultra and requires online teaching experience and proficiency with Blackboard Ultra. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in business management or human resources management, equivalent one year of full-time non-teaching experience in the field, at least three years of business experience in management or human resources, and college-level teaching experience or demonstrated subject-matter teaching ability; an MBA or master's degree in management or human resources and Business AI experience are preferred.
