Description
The Adjunct Faculty position is a temporary, contract-based role responsible for teaching assigned courses, preparing syllabi and instructional materials, delivering content, participating in assessment, maintaining records, and supporting students and colleagues. Applicants must demonstrate teaching skills and subject knowledge, preferably at the community college level, and meet Southern Association of Colleges and Schools accreditation criteria, including either eight graduate semester hours in mathematics, statistics, applied science, or related disciplines plus a master’s degree, or a master’s degree with a major in Mathematics or Statistics. The position pays $2,000 per three semester hours and requires effective instructional technology use, communication, professional conduct, and campus mobility.
