Northbridge University is seeking an adjunct faculty member to teach RESE 9100 – Dissertation I and RESE 9200 – Dissertation II for its Doctoral Program in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Management. The role requires a Ph.D. or DBA in Business Administration, at least five years of industry experience in the specialization, five years of doctoral-level teaching experience, and three years supervising doctoral dissertations. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research; maintain a record of peer-reviewed publications; write in APA style; and be fluent in Spanish. The position is fully online and requires availability to teach and support dissertation progress.
