The University of San Diego is hiring an adjunct faculty member for its Master of Science in Applied Artificial Intelligence program. The position is part-time, temporary, and on-campus in San Diego, with instruction delivered in 7-week in-person course blocks. The adjunct will teach and facilitate the centrally designed curriculum, provide feedback, mentor graduate students, and integrate industry and real-world AI case studies. Applicants need a relevant master’s degree or higher, AI or applied research experience, and strong foundations in machine learning, statistics, and linear algebra; industry, teaching, and AI-systems experience are preferred. The salary is $2,325–$2,425 per unit, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
