Description
Ivy Tech Community College is hiring a part-time adjunct faculty member to deliver Software Development classes on an as-needed basis. The role involves teaching assigned courses, developing instructional materials, maintaining student records and grades, using technology, engaging students, and following college policies and safety procedures. Compensation is $47.35 per contact hour, with day or evening classes based on the schedule and enrollment. Faculty must meet one of four SDEV program qualification routes, including relevant degrees, certifications, professional employment, teaching excellence, research, or additional coursework; SDEV 200 faculty must also hold a valid Oracle Java Programmer I certification or three years of documented object-oriented software development employment.
