Description
Eastern Iowa Community College District is hiring two part-time Adjunct Faculty, Speech to teach college-level speech courses at Davenport High Schools. The role involves delivering instruction, assessing learning outcomes, maintaining curriculum, communicating with students, providing feedback, and supporting student success. The schedule is in-person on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from January 19, 2027 through May 14, 2027, with compensation of $800 per course hour for non-retirees and $1,000 per course hour for EICC retirees. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable. A master’s degree in Speech or Communications or a qualifying combination of fields with at least 12 GSH and at least 6 credits from Speech or Communications is required.
