Description

The adjunct faculty member will teach assigned courses in an in-person capacity exclusively in Bradenton, maintain academic standards, prepare syllabi and instructional materials, participate in assessment, maintain student records, and support student learning. The position is temporary and contracted as needed, with compensation of $2,000 per 3 ILH. Applicants must demonstrate teaching skills and subject knowledge, preferably at the community college level, and meet Southern Association of Colleges and Schools accreditation requirements, including 18 graduate semester hours in speech, oratory, communications, or speech-related theatre courses plus a master’s degree or a master’s degree with a major in speech, oratory, or communications. Instructional technology, communication, and professional conduct are also required.
