Description
The adjunct position in anatomy or basic sciences is responsible for teaching in lecture and/or laboratory settings. The adjunct will deliver lectures or laboratory lessons, participate in student assessment, promote a positive learning environment, serve on committees, provide reports, advise students, and participate in admission interviews. The role requires a graduate-level degree (Master’s or Doctoral) in a relevant field and proficiency in content expertise, research techniques, instructional design, delivery, assessment, course management, psychometrics/statistics, learning theory, public speaking, effective communication, and conflict management. Basic computer skills are also necessary.
