Description
The Adjunct Instructor, ABE, SOAR will teach reading, writing, math, technology, and career skills to a small adult class in NC State Community College’s two-year vocational training program for adults with developmental disabilities. The role involves creating lesson plans, maintaining attendance records, supporting student enrollment and completion, using classroom technology, and participating in professional development. It is a variable contract with up to 20 hours per week, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and pays $27.50 per contact hour.
