Description
The Adjunct Instructor, Automation will teach industrial automation and maintenance courses, including frequency drives, electricity, smart sensors, pneumatics, PLCs, robotics, automation integration, and programming. The role includes hands-on laboratory instruction, curriculum development, student mentoring, equipment maintenance, and administrative course documentation. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of industrial or workforce-development training experience, at least three years of hands-on industrial automation or maintenance experience, and experience with PLCs, frequency drives, smart sensors, robotics, and pneumatic systems. Compensation is $30-$35 per contact hour, depending on certifications.
