Description
The Adjunct Instructor, Community Enrichment Programs is a continuous contract posting for teaching single, self-contained community enrichment courses focused on personal or leisure needs. Duties include developing and presenting course outlines, designing materials, submitting materials for review, maintaining student rosters and attendance records, and fostering a positive learning environment. Applicants must have two years of teaching experience, documented subject-matter knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree in the subject or relevant work experience where required; five years of teaching experience and adult community-college teaching experience are preferred. The posting is open for 12 months and is evaluated on an as-needed basis.
