Description
The Adjunct Instructor, Computer Technologies will teach college-level Introduction to Computers and other Computer Technologies courses to high school students. The role is primarily in-person at A-B Tech Victoria Road or other local high schools in Buncombe or Madison County, with possible online classes. Applicants need a master’s degree in an information technology, computer science, or web technology field, or a master’s degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in a related field, plus two or more years of computer-related experience and excellent communication skills. Teaching experience in higher education is preferred. The continuous posting remains open for 12 months, with applications evaluated on an as-needed basis, and the salary range is $2,294.40 to $2,451.20 depending on course requirements and faculty credentials.
