Description
The Adjunct Instructor, Culinary Arts is a part-time, as-needed contract role teaching technical culinary skills and principles on the Main Campus in day or evening classes. The instructor must maintain sanitation and safety standards, follow uniform requirements, and keep audit records. The position requires an associate degree in Culinary Arts or a related field, three years of professional culinary experience at upscale facilities as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef, computer skills, and NRA ServSafe and American Culinary Federation certifications. Compensation is $31.00 per contact hour.
