Description
The Adjunct Instructor, Electrical Systems Technology will provide in-person instruction for electrical and electronics courses at a local correctional facility and/or high school. The role includes lectures, hands-on skill labs, student roster and attendance recordkeeping, and instruction of practical and theoretical topics. Applicants need an associate degree in a related technology field or an electrician's license; two years of construction or electrical-trade experience, community-college teaching experience, NCCER certification, OSHA Authorized Trainer status, and foreign-language proficiency are preferred. The position is variable, up to 20 hours per week, and pays $34.15 per contact hour.
