Description
The Adjunct Instructor, Fire Service will teach continuing-education fire rescue classes for Asheville Buncombe Technical Community College in Buncombe and Madison Counties. The role involves daytime and evening instruction, some weekends, and variable hours dependent on class schedules. Instructors must follow accepted training outlines, maintain required documentation and records, and hold a North Carolina Fire Service Instructor Level II certification plus specialized training certifications. The position is a continuous recruitment with an application deadline of 8:00 a.m. EST on the review date and compensation of $17.00–$25.00 per contact hour.
