Description
The employer is recruiting an Adjunct Instructor, Hospitality Management, for a part-time, variable schedule of day and/or evening instruction and student supervision. The role involves teaching hospitality management courses, supervising practicum and laboratory students, modeling service and sanitation standards, maintaining student records, and supporting the department. Applicants must have an A.A.S. in Hospitality Management plus three years of documented hospitality work experience, or a BA/BS in Hospitality Management or a related field plus one year of documented hospitality work experience, along with computer skills and a positive teaching attitude. The posting is open for 12 months and is evaluated on an as-needed basis.
