Avila University Arizona is hiring part-time Adjunct Instructors in Goodyear, Arizona to teach online and hybrid graduate courses across five subject areas, including artificial intelligence, data science, project management, healthcare administration, and core business. The role involves delivering synchronous and asynchronous instruction, mentoring adult learners, collaborating with faculty, maintaining student records, and participating in professional development. Candidates must have a doctorate in the related field or a master’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant industry experience, plus at least five years of professional experience applying subject concepts in a business or research setting; a PMP certificate is required for Project Management and Operations faculty. Teaching assignments for terms through October 2026 will be distributed from the adjunct faculty pool.
