Description
The Adjunct Instructor, Music is a continuous-recruitment contract role teaching Music Appreciation and/or Introduction to Jazz at Madison, South, and Asheville campuses. Duties include classroom instruction, student supervision, syllabus and teaching-material development, lectures, assessment, recordkeeping, and communication with department staff. Applicants need a master’s degree in Music or a master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in Music; community-college teaching experience and performance experience are preferred. The role pays $1,476 per course for three contact hours.
