Southeast New Mexico College is seeking a part-time Adjunct Nursing Clinical Instructor to provide clinical instruction and supervision in medical-surgical, psychiatric, or maternal/child nursing. The role involves assigning students to patients, supervising and counseling them, conducting pre- and post-conference sessions, evaluating clinical performance, grading care plans, and collaborating with healthcare partners and nursing faculty. A bachelor’s degree in nursing is required, with a BSN completion or MSN program required within five years for faculty without a BSN; clinical experience, a New Mexico license or eligibility, and strong communication and clinical skills are preferred. The position is based in Carlsbad, New Mexico, and pays an hourly wage commensurate with education and training.
