Description
The Adjunct Science Instructor provides term-by-term instruction in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Anatomy and Physiology, Astronomy, or related fields, with daytime, online, and evening classes. The role involves delivering course materials, creating supplemental materials, participating in professional development and student assessment, and maintaining effective communication and organizational skills. A master's degree in the subject area or a related area with at least 20 quarter hours of graduate credit is required; Canvas experience and community college teaching experience are preferred. Compensation is based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement and course credits.
