Description
Rogue Community College is recruiting for a part-time adjunct Sociology Instructor pool within its Social Science and Human Services department. The instructor may teach Race and Ethnicity in the U.S. in person, Introduction to Criminology online, and/or Juvenile Delinquency online. Duties include planning and delivering sociology courses, creating syllabi and instructional materials, adapting instruction for online learning, assessing student progress, maintaining records, communicating with diverse students, participating in curriculum and departmental activities, and pursuing professional development. A master's degree in Sociology or a related field is required; higher-education teaching experience is preferred.
