Description
The Crop Insurance Adjuster will report to the Field Supervisor and handle year-round crop insurance claims, including field inspections, predation and wildlife claims, liability claims, indemnity calculations, documentation, payment approvals, post-harvest verification, customer service, program promotion, and support for adjusting staff. The role requires a grade 12 diploma or an agriculture certificate with related experience, knowledge of Saskatchewan agriculture and modern farming practices, analytical and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel throughout the province, work weekends, and work in inclement weather. The position is temporary for up to 18 months.
