Description
The Junior Administrative Assistant provides clerical and general office support for an assigned department, project office, or other location. Responsibilities include coordinating division and department activities, answering phones, assisting visitors, preparing and distributing correspondence, scheduling meetings and travel, maintaining files and databases, handling mail and inquiries, requisitioning supplies, and completing other assigned tasks. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, three years of office or clerical experience, keyboarding and word-processing skills, knowledge of office procedures, and strong communication and decision-making abilities.
