Admin Director at Vote Blue

The Outreach Team is hiring an Admin Field Director to manage its Tucson, Arizona office and recruit, train, motivate, and oversee a team of 40–60 hourly canvassers. The role involves developing voter-contact strategies, setting goals, implementing quality control, maintaining a safe and equitable work environment, managing administrative reporting and payroll, and reporting to the Lead Director. Candidates must have leadership experience, strong community-organizing and equity-inclusion experience, and willingness to work evenings and weekends; the position pays $1,146–$1,412 per week and includes health insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, and training.
