Description
The Nursing Supervisor serves as an administrative and clinical liaison on designated shifts, weekends, and holidays, supporting patient care, staffing, policy implementation, staff development, compliance, emergency response, and performance improvement. The role requires a BSN or documented intent to complete one within two years, at least eight years of equivalent clinical experience, more than two years of progressively responsible nursing experience, and Michigan RN licensure; management experience is preferred. The position may require call and work at various facilities.
