Description
The Administrative Program Coordinator- Surgical Technology Division Instruction Department will lead the management, development, implementation, and evaluation of the Surgical Technology program. Responsibilities include accreditation reviews, classroom and clinical instruction coordination, course development, student recruitment and advising, adjunct instructor training, registration and enrollment management, budget oversight, equipment and supply organization, WITCC articulation agreements, and teaching courses as needed. The role requires a national surgical technology credential, an associate degree in Surgical Technology or a related field, and at least five years of Surgical Technology industry experience. It is a full-time, grade 8 position with an annual wage of $68,159, a Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. schedule, and benefits including health, dental, disability, life insurance, retirement, tuition waiver, vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
