The role involves improving information systems, maintaining disaster-recovery plans, monitoring and maintaining knowledge-management sites, analyzing data and website usage, coordinating software and hardware installations, documenting network activities, and supporting project design and communication. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, 3–5 years of recent relevant IT, development, or engineering experience, and a high school diploma; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
