Description
The Chief Strategist will serve as the principal strategist for the Electronic Warfare/Information Operations mission area code WXD in the Electromagnetic Spectrum Warfare Department at Naval Surface Warfare Center. The role leads portfolio management, defines and oversees strategic targets, develops national advocacy and messaging strategies, manages stakeholder and strategic partnerships, reviews business plans, and coordinates cross-mission-area synergy. It is a federal appointment in the NT-6 pay band equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15, requires U.S. citizenship and a security clearance, and may require travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites.
