Description

The Administrative/Technical Specialist will serve as a Program Manager for the Asymmetric Initiation Branch, supporting the development, testing, and maturation of electronic initiation systems. Responsibilities include contract and business/acquisition strategy, procurement and research and development budget execution, workload and funding management, technical direction of technicians, engineers, and logisticians, and collaboration with business units, contracting offices, government agencies, Warfare Centers, and research and industry partners. The role requires at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band, a U.S. citizenship, federal employment suitability, an interim or final security clearance, and the ability to travel extensively, including to remote or isolated sites.
