The Maryland Military Department is hiring a full-time Lead Child and Youth Program Coordinator in Baltimore City to serve as the primary subject matter expert, program administrator, and supervisor for the Maryland Army National Guard Child and Youth Services Program. The role oversees statewide operations, supervises contractual staff, manages the annual budget and training plan, coordinates with agencies, and ensures compliance with Department of Defense, Army, and National Guard Bureau requirements. The position follows a Tuesday-through-Friday schedule, may require weekend attendance for military events, and is contractual and federally funded. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, four years of relevant administrative or professional experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and a Master Trainer Certification within 10 months of hire.
