Vetter Senior Living is seeking candidates for its Administrator-in-Training (AIT) / Administrator Mentorship Program. The program is intended for individuals who have met the educational requirements to begin an AIT program or are eligible as newly licensed administrators, and it offers leadership development, mentorship, and advancement opportunities. Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and project-management abilities, be willing to travel during training, and be flexible to relocate after successful completion; healthcare experience is preferred.
